Morven wind farm array

Morven wind farm array is entirely within Scottish waters and consists of the wind turbines and their supporting foundations and structures, inter-array cabling and offshore substation platforms.

This infrastructure requires consent under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 and Marine Licences under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

Non-statutory consultation

We’re launching a non-statutory consultation on our Morven Hawthorn Pit Grid Connection Project on 22 October 2025. Our consultation brochure, details of our public events and ways to have your say will be available from 22 October, with the consultation closing on 30 November 2025.
